Up to eight core pages
We agree which pages matter most before work begins rather than filling a site with thin pages just to increase the page count.
SITEPHOENIX COMPLETE
A stronger website without an open-ended agency contract. We agree the scope first, rebuild the agreed core pages, improve the words and enquiry journey, then launch only after your approval.
WHAT £799 IS FOR
Most established local businesses do not need a six-month agency project. They need the important pages rebuilt properly, the message sharpened, the trust they already earned brought forward, and the next step made obvious.
That is what SitePhoenix Complete is built around. A defined piece of work with a defined boundary and a defined price.
If something genuinely falls outside that boundary, we tell you before we start. You do not discover it halfway through the job.WHAT’S INCLUDED
The exact page set depends on the business, but the package is designed to cover the core public-facing website that most local service firms actually need.
We agree which pages matter most before work begins rather than filling a site with thin pages just to increase the page count.
Clear hierarchy, better spacing, stronger typography and a layout designed to work properly on phones as well as desktops.
We rewrite unclear, generic or dated wording so customers can quickly understand what you do, where you work and why they should trust you.
Good reviews, years in business, accreditations, guarantees and other genuine proof should not be buried where customers never see it.
Calls, quote requests and contact routes are made easy to find without turning the site into a wall of flashing buttons.
Core titles, descriptions, page structure, service/location relevance and sensible internal linking are built in from the start.
You review the completed direction and give one clear round of feedback before launch.
Where the existing platform is practical, we work with it. A platform move is discussed only when there is a genuine technical reason.
A ROOFING EXAMPLE
For a roofing company, a sensible SitePhoenix Complete scope could look like this. It is an example, not a compulsory template.
WHY FIXED PRICE?
The fixed price only works because the boundaries are clear. We do not pretend £799 covers every possible website project; we define what it does cover and keep that promise.
You are buying the agreed rebuild, not committing to an indefinite agency relationship.
If your current platform can support the result properly, there is no reason to move it for our convenience.
The core pages are agreed before work starts. Extra work is discussed separately rather than quietly added to the bill.
The replacement is built and reviewed away from the live website wherever the platform allows it.
CLEAR BOUNDARIES
A fixed price is only useful when both sides understand the job. These boundaries protect the client as much as they protect SitePhoenix.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
No. We first agree the scope and check that there is a practical route to launch the new site on your domain. The start payment is then £299. The remaining £500 is due only after you have reviewed and approved the finished rebuild, before launch.
That does not necessarily stop the project. We can usually help work out who controls the domain and what needs to be recovered. We will not take the £299 start payment until we are satisfied there is a practical route to launch the new site on your domain. If ownership is genuinely disputed or recovery would require a lengthy legal process, we will tell you before the project starts.
No SitePhoenix design retainer is required. Your existing hosting, domain, platform or third-party services may already have their own normal charges, but we do not add an automatic monthly SitePhoenix fee just because we rebuilt the site.
No. If the current setup can support the agreed result properly, we aim to keep it. If it cannot, we explain the limitation and options before work begins.
We agree the most important eight first, then discuss any genuinely useful additional work separately. Nothing is simply added without agreement.
We use it. SitePhoenix does not force its own orange, typography or visual style onto a client website. The design direction is agreed with you.
Only after the agreed rebuild has been reviewed and approved. The aim is to improve the website without creating unnecessary risk for the business.
THE NEXT STEP
If SitePhoenix contacted you, reply to that message. If you found us yourself, send us the website address and we can start with the gap between the business and the site.
