ABOUT SITEPHOENIX

Good businesses deserve websites that look the part.

SitePhoenix exists for established businesses whose reputation, workmanship and customer feedback have moved ahead of the website representing them.

Why we exist ↓
Practical by designEvidence first. Rebuild only when the gap is real.
ESTABLISHED BUSINESS

THE IDEA IS SIMPLE

The website should make the business look as good online as it already is in real life.
01Respect the business
02Diagnose before selling
03Preserve what already works
04Make the next step clearer

WHY SITEPHOENIX EXISTS

The business changed. The website got left behind.

That is a very common problem. A company earns better reviews, develops stronger services, becomes more experienced and builds a name locally — while the website still looks like the business did five or ten years ago.

SitePhoenix is built around that mismatch. We are not looking for bad businesses with bad websites. We are looking for good businesses whose websites are underselling them.

That difference matters. The job is not to invent credibility. It is to reveal the credibility that already exists.

WHY ROOFING RIGHT NOW?

A strong trade reputation is easy to hide behind a weak website.

SitePhoenix is currently leaning especially into roofing and local trade businesses. The reason is practical: these companies often have years of workmanship, strong reviews and genuine local trust, but the website has not kept pace.

That makes the opportunity unusually clear. Good project photography, real customer feedback, service areas, workmanship and guarantees can do far more work when they are presented properly.

ROOFING FIRSTNot roofing forever. The model is built for established service businesses, but roofing is where we are deliberately concentrating now.

HOW WE THINK

Less agency theatre. More useful decisions.

The approach is deliberately straightforward. Every design choice should help the business look more credible, explain itself more clearly or make it easier for a customer to take the next step.

01

Evidence before opinion

We look at reviews, reputation, services, local presence and the current site before deciding whether there is actually a useful transformation to make.

02

No insult-led selling

Old does not automatically mean bad. The point is not to attack the existing website; it is to show where the business has outgrown it.

03

No forced house style

The client helps choose the broad visual direction. Existing branding is retained where it works, and SitePhoenix colours are not imposed on client websites.

04

Keep what is already useful

Domains, platforms, useful pages, search visibility and working features are preserved where practical instead of being discarded for convenience.

05

Defined work, defined price

The £799 package has a clear boundary because a fixed price is only valuable when both sides know what is included before the work starts.

06

Approval before launch

The replacement is reviewed before anything public changes. A redesign should reduce risk for the business, not create it.

WHAT SITEPHOENIX IS NOT

We are not trying to turn every client into an agency account.

Not a template factory

Broad design directions help establish taste, but the finished site is shaped around the real business.

Not redesign for redesign’s sake

If the website already reflects the business well, there is no useful case to manufacture.

Not an automatic monthly retainer

SitePhoenix Complete is a defined rebuild. Ongoing services are not quietly attached to the job by default.

Not a forced migration

If the existing platform can support the result properly, we work with it rather than moving the client for our convenience.

THE STANDARD

The finished website should feel like the business has caught up with itself.

Not flashy for the sake of being flashy. Not trendy at the expense of clarity. Not filled with generic claims that could belong to any competitor.

The aim is a website that feels credible, current and specific to the business behind it — with the reviews, services, workmanship and reasons to enquire brought to the surface.

START WITH THE GAP

Does the website still represent the business properly?

If the answer is probably not, send us the website address. That is enough to start the conversation.
