START A CONVERSATION

Send the website.
That’s enough to start.

If SitePhoenix contacted you, simply reply to that message. If you found us yourself, send the website address and, if you want, one sentence about what you feel has fallen behind.

TWO EASY ROUTES

Start from wherever you are.

There is no application process. We just need enough information to identify the business and look at the current website properly.

01

SITEPHOENIX CONTACTED ME

Reply to the message you already have.

You do not need to repeat the background or prepare anything formal. Ask whatever you want to know, challenge the diagnosis, or simply tell us you would like to see the idea developed further.

  • ✓Reply to the existing email
  • ✓Keep the same conversation thread
  • ✓No need to resend the website address

I FOUND SITEPHOENIX MYSELF

Send the website address.

If you already know what bothers you, tell us. If you do not, that is fine too. We can start by looking at the business and the website separately and deciding whether there is a meaningful gap.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We start with the gap, not the sale.

The first useful question is whether the website is genuinely underselling the business. If it is, we can explain why and show what a stronger direction could look like.

  1. 01
We identify the businessWebsite, services, location, reputation and the public evidence customers can already see.
  2. 02
We look at the current siteFirst impression, trust, clarity, mobile experience, service presentation and enquiry journey.
  3. 03
We decide whether the gap is realIf the site already represents the business well, there is no useful case to manufacture.
  4. 04
If useful, we discuss the directionThat can lead to the £799 rebuild, but only when the case for changing the website actually makes sense.

USEFUL — NOT REQUIRED

If you have these things handy, they help.

01

What you want more of

For example: roof replacements rather than repairs, higher-value enquiries, a wider service area or simply a more credible first impression.

02

What customers already praise

Workmanship, communication, punctuality, cleanliness, guarantees, specialist skills or anything else that repeatedly appears in reviews.

03

Branding worth keeping

A good logo, established colours, recognised vehicle branding or anything your customers already associate with the business.

04

Good project photography

Finished jobs, the team at work and clean details can be enormously useful — especially for roofing and other visual trades.

BEFORE YOU EMAIL

A few things you do not need to worry about yet.

Do you need access to our current website?

Not to start. We only need public access to review the existing site. Platform or hosting access becomes relevant later, if a rebuild is agreed.

What if I don’t know who hosts the site or I’ve lost the login?

That is common and does not necessarily stop a rebuild. We can help identify what controls the domain and what access needs to be recovered. We do not take the £299 start payment until we are satisfied there is a practical route to launch the new site on your domain.

Do we need to choose colours or a design first?

No. The design-direction stage comes later. We can show broad options and you guide us toward the look that fits the business.

Does emailing mean we are agreeing to the £799 rebuild?

No. A conversation is just a conversation. If you later choose the rebuild, we agree the scope and check the domain/access position first. The payment is then £299 to start and £500 after you have reviewed and approved the finished rebuild, before launch.

What if our current website is actually fine?

Then the useful answer is to say so. SitePhoenix is built around a genuine gap between business quality and website quality, not redesign for redesign’s sake.

ONE WEBSITE ADDRESS

That is enough to get the conversation moving.

Send the link. We can take it from there.
